Fredrik Fogelberg

Fredrik Fogelberg is a chartered Organisational Psychologist specializing in leadership development and team facilitation in international organizations. He has over 20 years of international experience in the corporate world and as a consultant.
He worked as a corporate trainer and training manager for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and was responsible for talent management at Nike Europe. For 13 years, he was a managing partner of Nomadic Life management consultants. He has been an invited speaker at SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education and Research) conferences in France and Italy and conferences in the USA and the Netherlands on the Assessment Center Method.

Sven Cune
Sven Cune recently graduated as a MSc. in Organisational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. During an internship, Sven did research into high performance virtual teams and assisted during training programmes on intercultural management. His role within Nomadic IBP is to develop and support the delivery of innovative web-based training modules.
Sven was born and raised in the Netherlands. Before attending university he lived and studied in Spain for six months and the same amount of time in China where he worked as a trainee consultant and web developer. During this year abroad he developed a passion for cross-cultural communication and learned to deal with cultural differences. Currently he is living in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Linda Voorthuis
Linda Voorthuis studied theatre, film and television at the University of Amsterdam. She started her career in the audiovisual media, working in the broadcast newsroom as a video editor. She then worked for a large international NGO in the communications department, making news, promotional and educational video’s. She is now Nomadic IBP’s office manager.

Skip Bowman
Skip is a management consultant and organizational psychologist originally from Australia, specializing in strategy development, leadership and executive coaching, change management and implementation, and learning and development. Jose Ferreira-Filho
José Ferreira-Filho comes from a Clinical Psychology background. As a consultant in Leadership Development Solutions and Executive Coach, he works in the areas of leadership development, team effectiveness, global and cross-cultural leadership, executive and career coaching. José’s experience comes from working with clients from a variety of industries including Financial, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, IT, Service Providers and Government organizations. He has delivered programs and worked with executives in South America, U.S., throughout Europe, Asia and Africa.
Previously, José worked with the Center for Creative Leadership for almost 10 years in several roles in their EMEA and APAC offices. In his last role with CCL as an Enterprise Associate and Faculty, he worked closely with the Client Solutions group to customize and facilitate leadership development programs. He planned, directed and assisted in the design and delivery of custom program activities in collaboration with global clients and CCL staff. Before that, as part of the CCL APAC Management Team in the Business Operations Director role, José supported the expansion and growth of CCL in the APAC region.

Mara is of Italian origin, was raised in Argentina and has lived in France, Egypt, and Peru and has been living in Belgium for the last 17 years. Her diverse background and work experience provides her with great insight into cross-cultural understanding and communication.

Rajesh Kumar
Rajesh is an Associate Professor of International Business Strategy at the University of Nottingham. He has a Ph.D. degree in International Business from New York University. His research and teaching have focused on managing the global firm and within this broad gamut his research has focused on the challenges of developing and managing collaborative partnerships between companies, cross cultural negotiations, and the challenges of operating in an emerging market such as India. His research has often been collaborative and he has worked or is working with scholars from the United States, Denmark, Hong Kong, Canada, Netherlands, India, and the UK. He has recently published a book on International Negotiations in China and India ( in collaboration with Verner Worm at the Copenhagen Business School) which was published by Macmillan in 2011. He has taught in a number of European countries as well as in the United States.

Currently working on a research project exploring as to how the unconscious motivations of alliance managers influence their approach to managing collaborative partnerships.

A licensed trainer in Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC), Tao is specialized in relationship building, conflict management, global account management, and distant teamwork.
